==Trivia==
This recipe is considered the hardest to find in the game without getting on the internet, as it's a new recipe that was not in the last game.  However, the ingredients are mentioned in Super Luigi Volume 1.  It states in the book that as Luigi was getting ready to leave to save the Waffle Kingdom, he left a note in case his brother would come back and on the note, it said "mix a Peachy Peach and a Keel Mango to whip up a Fruit Parfait."

A Fruit Parfait is one of the health-restoring items used in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. A Keel Mango and a Peachy Peach, when given to Zess T., will create this sweet dessert which refills ten HP and two FP.

In Super Paper Mario, it was made by Dyllis, who used a Peachy Peach and a Snow Cone.
