The Star Block.

The Star Block is a rare type of Hex in the game Mario Party DS. The player who possesses it can choose to place it on any Spaces within a certain distance (except for "special" spaces.). Then, if anyone lands on it, a Dice Block appears with the numbers 1-3 on it. The player then strikes the block, receiving the amount of Stars indicated.
