Template:Recipe-Infobox The Dizzy Dial is a very common item from the Paper Mario series. By using it, Mario has a high chance of making all enemies Dizzy. However, it doesn't always work on every enemy, and bosses are extremely immune to it.
It's sold in a few stores, and is most effective against flying enemies. Many enemies drop these.
