Treasure Hunt is the first and simplest level in the game Yoshi's Story. This forest contains many flat stretches of land and few hazards, as it is more of a tutorial than a level. Shy Guys mob the level, and some have set up ambushes, as they will leap out from behind trees and shrubbery to attack Yoshi. During the second half, a dog named Poochy will take Yoshi on a treasure hunt (hence the level's title) through a multi-route area and show Yoshi's spots where he can pound out coins, melons, and even hidden platforms. Another resident of this area is the rotund Pak E. Derm, who guards junctions with high sky high stop sign.
