The Cellular Shopper is an item found in Mario Party 3 and Super Mario Party Jamboree. When this item is used, a player can call Toad or Baby Bowser (in Mario Party 3) or the red-shelled Koopa Troopa (in Jamboree) from anywhere on the board to buy an item. It works in a similar way as an Item Shop but with fewer options. In Mario Party 3, it can only be bought at Toad's shop for five coins, and it is Princess Daisy's favorite item. In Jamboree, however, it can only be obtained from an Item Bag.
While playing with Pro Rules in Super Mario Party Jamboree, a player can select a Cellular Shopper as their starting items of choice.
