Tanks a Lot (known as Koopa Koliseum in the British English version) is a General minigame from Mario Party: Island Tour. The American name is a pun on the saying "thanks a lot".

Introduction[edit]

The field where the players are battling is seen overhead. The camera moves to a view behind the player, and the minigame begins.

Gameplay[edit]

The players are in tanks and are blasting at each other. If a player gets blasted, the player that they hit respawns, and they get a point. If a brown Brick Block gets blasted, it disappears. The first player to get three points wins, whereas players who did not score any points are automatically ranked last place.

Controls[edit]

  • Circle Pad – Move
  • A Button – Fire

In-game text[edit]

  • RulesAmerican English "Destroy your opponents' tanks before they can destroy yours."
  • RulesBritish English "Destroy your opponents' tanks before they can destroy yours. Score three hits to win."
