Stretch Run (known as Stop or Drop in the British English version) is a General minigame from Mario Party: Island Tour.

Introduction[edit]

Blue Toad and Yellow Toad pull back their carts, hop into them, and go very far. Blue Toad falls off the edge, but Yellow Toad stops on the bridge.

Gameplay[edit]

Stretch Run

The players pull back or forward on their carts to adjust how long they want to be launched. After 5 seconds, they will jump into their carts and ride them to the bridge.

The players that stop on the numbers at the far end of the bridge are awarded points based on what number they land on. On Round 1, the point values are 1, 2, 4 and 6. Then, on Round 2, the point values increase to 3, 6, and 9 respectively. If the player is far away from the points, or if they fall off the bridge, they will not receive any points. The player who has the most points after two rounds wins.
