A Shroom Fry is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The Shroom Fry is created by cooking a Mushroom or a Super Shroom. The item heals six HP and two FP.There is a trick to get free shop points using this. First, buy as many Mushrooms as you can hold at the Rougeport shop. Take them to Zess T. next door to cook them all. Then return and sell them back to the shopkeeper. This will earn you no monetary profit, but your shop points will increase for free!
