They are encountered at Bright Savannah only, beginning with the level Scorch 'n' Torch, though Water Sacks also appear in Rickety Rafters. Water Sacks can be picked up by the Kongs and used as projectiles on targets to trigger certain mechanisms. Water Sacks burst upon thrown at a target, releasing the water inside of it.
