It is the only item to be added to the remake, and it is made by giving Zess T. a Hot Dog and some Hot Sauce. It restores 7 HP and FP while also giving the user the Charge status. After solving the Ratooey businessman's trouble, he hints towards this item by mentioning that his new product—the Hottest Dog, a combination of his Hot Sauce and Mr. Hoggle's Hot Dogs—was canceled.
