Besides this character not having an official name (to my knowledge), she only appears in a version of Stroke & Match Golf that removes the one Super Mario element—namely, Mario himself. Considering we don't have articles on the playable characters of Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic, I don't think the female golfer deserves an article per our coverage policy. Any information on her could probably be covered on Stroke & Match Golf's artice.

Now, Golf: U.S. Course features a female playable character with a similar design to the golfer of VS. Ladies Golf, and she actually coexists in the same game with Mario. I'd be more willing to keep this page (under the name "Female golfer (Golf series)", or something like that) if we were to include information on her here...but "similar" ≠ "the same", and considering she too lacks an official name, I wouldn't support such an idea without ironclad evidence to prove these two female golfers are the same character. Do you have an image of her from Golf: US Course? If so, I’d like to see whether is she’s close enough to the character from VS. Ladies Golf. User:Starluxe (talk) 20:16 June 9, 2024 (GMT)
Sprite of the secret golfer as Player 1 in Golf: U.S. Course She's on the game's article, but here you go, anyways. SolemnStormcloud (talk) 15:22, June 9, 2024 (EDT)
Well, both the player 2 version of the lady golfer from VS. Ladies Golf and her go under the name "Maria" on the image file name, so that possibly proves they are the same character, where the name Maria comes from, I don’t know. I don’t want to rename the page to that without a source, but it seems they probably are the same character.
VS. System flyer, depicting Mario in the various games' roles. Notably, VS. Ladies Golf appears to depict a female version of Mario and VS. Ice Climber has him dressed like one of the Ice Climbers.
Uploader of both images here. That's just a convenient obvious fan-name in lieu of anything official. The Stroke-&-Match one does have artwork, though. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 15:45, June 9, 2024 (EDT)
