The Kamek Capsule first appears in Mario Party 5, where it can be thrown to a space on the board, or used on the player for ten coins. Whoever lands on a space containing the capsule makes Kamek appear on his broomstick and use his magic to shuffle everyone's capsules. If the number of orbs is not divisible by 4, the player landing on the space will always receive one of the extra orbs. In Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7, it is known as the Kamek Orb. It costs ten coins at the Orb Shop. Opponents that land on a space containing the orb summon Kamek, who uses his magic to give control of one of the Character Spaces they placed on the board to the owner of that space (three in Mario Party 7).
