The hidden smasher[1] is a giant slab of steel hidden in a wall that serve as obstacles in Super Mario 64 and Super Mario 64 DS. Only one appears in Lethal Lava Land, where it tries to crush Mario when he approaches one. If Mario, Luigi, or Wario is crushed by it, he loses three wedges of health.
