World C is the fourth secret world and the twelfth world that was first featured in the game Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. After clearing this world, the player will gain access to the final world in the game, which is World D. This is the third world in the game to be set at night time, after World 2 and World 7.

Level information

Level Preview Summary
World C-1 Level Preview. The first level of World C has several Koopas and grounded and hanging pipes with Piranha Plants.
World C-2 Level Preview. The second level of World C has scattered platforms, jumping Cheep Cheeps, and Bullet Bills fired from off screen.
World C-3 Level Preview. The third level of World C is similar to World 7-3, with scattered platforms and wind, but also includes Lakitu.
World C-4 Preview for most castles from the Super Mario All-Stars versions of Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. The final level of World C is similar to World 7-4, but with additional Fire Bars.
