A whole eye view of Koopa's Seaside Soiree.

Koopa's Seaside Soiree was an island resort board hosted by Koopa in Mario Party 4. He built it because he always wanted to have a place to hang out by the sea, and wanted his freinds to have fun in it. Here, Koopas were everywhere, and were put in charge of the games and shops (the one hosting wore stripe pants and a bow tie).

The main attractions here was the dolphins, and the Koopa Kabana. Players that landed on a ? Space next to a dock (with a picture of a fruit on it) summoned a Dolphin that took them to another dock with the corresponding picture. One of the Koopas was constantly trying to get coins from the players so that he could build the resort hotel, the Koopa Kabana. Every time players passed the Koopa space, they paid an upwards of 5 coins. The more coins invested, the better the Kabana looked. If players landed on one of the ? Spaces in front of it, the Koopa asked that he/she paid the fine for staying at the Kabana, which was the amount of coins that was invested. When the fee was paid, a tidal wave came in and destroyed the Kabana, so the investments started all over again to build another one.

The Item Mini-Game of the board involved a hitting one of three melons that had an item in each. Players were spun around before they chose, making it harder to make a choice. The Coin Mini-Game involved fishing. Players were given the choice of one of the fishing rods. The chosen rod was used to reel in the fish that was caught on it. The bigger the fish, the more coins players won.

In Story Mode, if the player beat his/her opponents on the board, Koopa challenged him/her to a Mini-Game in order to win his present.
