|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. This stage contains Lock Blocks in the middle column. Red cages are found in the middle row, yellow cages are found in the middle column and light-blue cages are found on the left and right columns and a few at the top and bottom rows. A shell is hidden inside the Brick Block next to the red Lock Block. Among the Brick Blocks with coins, the bottom-left and bottom-right groups have two each in the ones nearer to the middle column, while the top-left and top-right groups have three each in the ones nearer to the center.
|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, there are four groups each containing an exploder, two viruses on the left and right to it, two barrels (containing viruses) above and below it and caged Brick Blocks (all containing coins) at the corners. There is a shell in the fifth row, which is aligned to a lock block and two exploders. That lock block corresponds to the caged viruses and crates, while those two exploders are vertically between two barrels, containing viruses and lock blocks.

|align=left|The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all pink coins in Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are three rows of barriers alternating between three rows of viruses, with one barrier in each row being the odd one out in terms of being active. A row of purple coins found partially damaged barrels are located at the top of the stage before it scrolls, with an additional five coins above that row.
|align=left|The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all keys. In the initial part of this stage, the bottom-most row with objects contain pop cannons, with the rest containing barrels, barriers and purple coins. The barrels contain keys, doors and viruses. The first revealed row contains colorful crates and exploders, the second revealed row contains colorful crates and exploders and floatie viruses while the third revealed row contains caged coins and doors. This pattern is repeated for the fourth to sixth rows and the seventh to ninth rows, with the tenth revealed row being a row of Empty Blocks.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 10 lines are introduced.

On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being Floatie Viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the second and eighth rows, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 8 lines are introduced.
Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:
# The nine coins in the topmost row (before the stage scrolls).
# The six coins in the third revealed row.
# The six coins in the sixth revealed row.
# The six coins in the ninth revealed row.

When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the [[Sushi]] assistant upon completing this stage.
