World 15 (Dr. Mario World)

World 15 is a sunset cloud world with floating platforms resembling Bouncy Cloud Boomerangs from New Super Mario Bros. U in Dr. Mario World. The first area is available as of 2 AM PT on Apr. 26, 2020, while the second area, challenge stages and special stage are available as of 2 AM PT on May. 14, 2020.

When an area is cleared, Paratroopas, Parabombs, and Foos appear. The viruses featured in the regular stages are red, yellow and light-blue.

Area 1

	Stage 561	Dr. Roy Dr. Toad	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, the [Crate|crates]] form a diamond with Brick Blocks (all containing hidden viruses) and two bubbles containing doors, and on the outside are shells, keys and bubbles containing doors.
	Stage 562	Dr. Wendy Dr. Fire Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are three columns of barriers in the middle with exploder in between, with groups of viruses mostly surrounded by Empty Blocks next to this group. The corners contain clouded viruses and Brick Blocks in the shape of a "+", where there is a hidden exploder in the middle of each group and hidden viruses in the others.
	Stage 563 (Hard)	Dr. Larry Dr. Toad	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all coins from Coin Blocks and destroy all barriers. In this stage, the second, fourth and sixth rows each contain two floatie viruses, two barriers, a shell, two Brick Blocks each containing coins and two normal viruses. Between those rows are crates between two colorful crates. Between the five rows are rows that contain colorful crates and Brick Blocks each containing coins.
	Stage 564	Dr. Roy Dr. Wario	The objective of this stage is to destroy all crates and collect all keys. This stage is populated with crates, with dust between crates that cover doors in the second row and viruses in the others. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either exploders or dust viruses.
	Stage 565	Dr. Daisy Dr. Wario	The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks and collect all keys. In this stage, there are four quadrants. In the top two quadrants, there are exploders, colorful crates, doors and caged viruses. In the bottom two quadrants, there are keys, exploders, colorful crates, lock blocks and caged colorful crates. In the column between the quadrants are Brick Blocks each containing coins, in the row between the quadrants are viruses and keys and in the middle is another lock block.
	Stage 566	Dr. Waluigi Dr. Roy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all barriers. In this stage, groups of two dust viruses in a column are surrounded by crates and barriers. Each of the rows below the dust viruses contains a shell.
	Stage 567 (Hard)	Dr. Kamek Dr. Toadette	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the purple coins are in the second, fifth and eighth rows, where the ones in the top and bottom rows are between Empty Blocks and the ones in the middle row are between colorful crates. More colorful crates are located above the coins in the top row and the coins in the bottom row. Between the rows with coins are bubbles each containing floatie viruses that would land next to Brick Blocks at the beginning of the stage. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The four coins in the fifth row. The eight coins in the second and eighth rows.
	Stage 568	Dr. Ludwig Dr. Yoshi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, there are barrels each containing exploders and half-frozen viruses. The Brick Blocks adjacent to the barrels as well as the first Brick Block in the second row and the last Brick Block in the eighth row contain coins.
	Stage 569	Dr. Ludwig Dr. Kamek	The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, each virus coin is covered by fully-frozen viruses, barrels containing purple coins, normal or half-frozen viruses, and barrels containing caged purple coins in the order starting from the center. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out exploders. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The twenty coins found in the barrels next to fully-frozen viruses. The four coins each surrounded by three viruses.
	Stage 570	Dr. Yoshi Dr. Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, there is a virus between every key and door, and the viruses are in groups of four in a row. Some of the viruses and the cages are caged. In the middle column are half-frozen flasks, lock blocks and a skill charger. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either barriers or exploders.
	Stage 571 (Hard)	Dr. Larry Dr. Yoshi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all coins from Coin Blocks and destroy all colorful crates. In this stage, Brick Blocks (all containing coins) are placed in a cascading fashion with colorful crates between them, and below the columns with Brick Blocks are floatie viruses. Next to the floatie viruses are colorful crates.
	Stage 572	Dr. Ludwig Dr. Goomba Tower	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, destroy all Brick Blocks and collect all keys. In this stage, there are two groups each forming a triangle. Within each group are Brick Blocks that surrounds a shell. The groups also have viruses (some half-frozen) and half-frozen lock blocks surrounding the Brick Blocks. The upper group also has keys and doors with a viruses in between each pair.
	Stage 573	Dr. Larry Dr. Toad	The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, there are colorful crates, clouded viruses, floatie viruses and purple coins (both caged and uncaged), where most of them cover the virus coins. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The five coins blocking the top-left virus coin and the five coins blocking the bottom-right virus coin, for a total of ten coins. The coin in the middle of the colorful crates in the middle. The coins along the second row, second column, eighth row and eighth column, for a total of fourteen coins. The coin in the top-right corner and the coin at the bottom-left, for a total of two coins.
	Stage 574	Dr. Kamek Dr. Luma	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, clouded barriers are found in the odd-numbered columns, and between them are half-frozen viruses. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either barriers or shells.
	Stage 575 (Hard)	Dr. Toad Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all colorful crates. This stage is shaped like the number "555", with each digit formed by different colors of viruses, caged colourful crates and a lock block. Crates occupy the gaps in each "digit", except for the gaps in the middle.
	Stage 576 (Hard)	Dr. Wendy Dr. Goomba Tower	The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, purple coins are found among Brick Blocks, with the ones in the second, middle and eighth columns being Coin Blocks while the rest contain hidden viruses. Additional crates are in the third and seventh columns. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out exploders. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The four coins in the leftmost column and the four coins in the rightmost column, for a total of eight coins. The ten coins in the middle three columns.
	Stage 577	Dr. Luma Dr. Dolphin	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all barriers. In this stage, bubbles containing barriers are found within the leftmost, center and rightmost columns, and between the columns are viruses in groups of four in each column arranged in a cascade fashion. Each of the column's objects is above a bubble machine.
	Stage 578	Dr. Yoshi Dr. Kamek	The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, purple coins are in the middle, where they happen to cover four virus coins, and among the group are shells. Surrounding the purple coins are normal viruses at the top and bottom and floatie viruses at the sides, each covering a virus coin. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The middle five coins in the second, fourth, sixth and eighth rows, for a total of twenty coins. The rest of the coins in the even-numbered columns, for a total of twenty coins.
	Stage 579	Dr. Toad Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, four of the virus coins are covered by viruses (both normal and half-frozen) and caged colorful crates. The top and the sides have lock blocks surrounded by viruses and colorful crates. In the middle of the stage is an exploder, which is adjacent to fully-frozen ice fans and colorful crates.
	Stage 580	Dr. Bowser Jr. Dr. Daisy	The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the leftmost and rightmost columns contain dust viruses, while the second leftmost and second rightmost columns contain Brick Blocks, Empty Blocks and shells. In the middle five columns, viruses are in every third row starting from the third row, while bubbles containing coins are in every third row starting from the second row. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The coins inside bubbles starting from the second row. The coins inside bubbles starting from the row that is visible after the stage scrolls up twice. The coins inside bubbles starting from the row that is visible after the stage scrolls up five times. The coins inside bubbles starting from the row that is visible after the stage scrolls up eight times. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 10 lines are introduced. When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Parabomb assistant upon completing this stage.

In this stage, the viruses are compartmentalized into two sections by bubble machines, each section having two virus coins. Some of the viruses and bubble machines are half-frozen. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out exploders.
	Stage 582 (Hard)	Dr. Rosalina Dr. Mario	The objective of this stage is to collect all keys. In this stage, the viruses are surrounded by barriers, with only the rightmost virus in the seventh row being open on the right. Brick Blocks are within the fifth row and the ninth row. The first eight keys start in the tenth row while the last key start in the fifth row and the first door is in the fifth row while the last eight doors are in the first row.
	Stage 583	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Fire Peach	The objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are six rows of barrels between a row of floatie viruses with a space in the middle and a row of crates. The barrels in the middle column and the eighth row contain purple coins (caged and uncaged), the barrels in the seventh row except the middle contain exploders, while the rest contain floatie viruses. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The coin inside a barrel in the middle of the third row. The coin inside a barrel in the middle of the fourth row. The coin inside a barrel in the middle of the fifth row. The coin inside a barrel in the middle of the sixth row. The coin inside a barrel in the middle of the seventh row. The nine coins inside barrels in the eighth row.
	Stage 584	Dr. Lakitu Dr. Luigi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all barriers. In this stage, there are bubbles that contain viruses and colorful crates, with barriers in the even-numbered columns in the first and sixth rows. The first row also contain fully-frozen colorful crates in the odd-numbered columns.
	Stage 585	Dr. Fire Rosalina Dr. Fire Peach	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all keys. In this stage, the purple coins are arranged in a checkered pattern, with partially-damaged barrels between them. A couple of barrels contain keys, some contain more purple coins and the others contain viruses.
	Stage 586	Dr. Baby Peach Dr. Wendy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (including any that appear from flasks) and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. This stage is shaped like an "X", which is formed by exploders (a few are half-frozen) and barrels containing floatie viruses and Brick Blocks. All Brick Blocks except the ones in the second row and the sixth row contain coins. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either exploders or viruses.
	Stage 587 (Hard)	Dr. Fire Luigi Dr. Fire Mario	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all keys. In this stage are purple coins (caged and uncaged) among viruses and Brick Blocks, crates and colorful crates. The middle column contains bubbles with viruses and shells. Most of the Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses, with the exception of the second row, which has hidden exploders in the second and third blocks (the others do not contain anything). Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The first and last coins in the third row. The second and third coins in the eighth row. The coins in the fifth, seventh and eight rows along with the coins in the middle column, for a total of thirteen coins. The two coins in the fourth row.
	Stage 588	Dr. Roy Dr. Wendy	The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, barrels containing Brick Blocks (all containing coins) are in the topmost row and the leftmost and rightmost columns. Bubble machines are also in the leftmost and rightmost columns. Besides them are half-frozen viruses, bubbles containing viruses, crates and colorful crates. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out bubbles containing viruses.
	Stage 589	Dr. Fire Rosalina Dr. Baby Mario	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all barriers. This stage is shaped like an hourglass, with the clouded and caged barriers and the clouded lock blocks forming the "sand" and the viruses and the flasks forming the "glass". A shell is located at the left of the fifth row. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either exploders or shells.
	Stage 590	Dr. Fire Mario Dr. Wendy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, there are fully-frozen colorful crates forming a heart with a space in the middle, while they are surrounded by Brick Blocks. At the bottom of the Brick Blocks are Capsule Plus and floatie viruses. The Brick Blocks that contain coins are at the sides, with the exception of the ones in the fourth row, the middle of the eighth row and the first, fourth, fifth, sixth and last blocks in the topmost row. A number of Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses. The Brick Blocks above and below the colorful crates contain hidden viruses, while the second and second-from-last Brick Blocks in the sixth and seventh rows contain hidden exploders.
	Stage 591	Dr. Waluigi Dr. Yoshi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, dust clouds occupy most of the stage, surrounding Empty Blocks and being surrounded by crates. Within the dust clouds are purple coins and viruses. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The two highest coins that are revealed and the four coins (covered in dust) surrounding the Empty Block in the fourth row, for a total of six coins. The four coins (covered in dust) surrounding the second Empty Block in the fourth row. The two lowest coins that are revealed and the four coins (covered in dust) surrounding the Empty Block in the eighth row, for a total of six coins. The four coins (covered in dust) surrounding the first Empty Block in the sixth row.
	Stage 592	Dr. Bowser Jr. Dr. Dry Bowser	The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, the bubbles are behind the virus coins, with some of them being risen toward Brick Blocks. All bubbles contain viruses. On the rightmost column are shells and a few viruses. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out bubbles containing viruses.
	Stage 593	Dr. Wendy Dr. Fire Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all coins from Coin Blocks and destroy all barriers. In this stage, four groups of six viruses are surrounded by barriers with one side open, and Brick Blocks (all containing coins) in groups of three in a row or column are next to the barriers.
	Stage 594 (Hard)	Dr. Dry Bowser Dr. Ludwig	The objective of this stage is to destroy all crates and collect all virus coins. In this stage, all the crates and viruses are fully-frozen, with viruses found in the corners of the group and in the middle.
	Stage 595	Dr. Fire Rosalina Dr. Toad	The objective of this stage is to destroy all Brick Blocks and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, there are a lot of Brick Blocks with a couple of viruses and a Capsule Plus being revealed. In addition, there are four keys behind cages with doors directly above them. The lock blocks are found in the last Brick Block in the sixth row and the last Brick Block in the second row. The Brick Blocks that contain coins are the first two in both the fourth and eighth rows, third and fourth in both the third and seventh row, the fifth and sixth in both the second and sixth rows and the last one in both first and fifth rows. The Brick Blocks that contain Capsule Plus are found in the blocks two rows above and two rows below each of them.
	Stage 596	Dr. Peach Dr. Wario	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, purple coins form two rings: the inner ring surrounds a lock block and the outer ring surrounds eight viruses and the inner ring. Caged viruses are found outside the outer ring. The coins in the second row, eighth row, second column and eighth column are half-frozen, except for the ones in the middle column and fifth row. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The second and fourth coins in both the fourth and sixth rows, for a total of four coins. The rest of the coins (4) surrounding the lock block. The rest of the coins (4) in the fifth row and the middle column. The rest of the coins (20).
	Stage 597	Dr. Baby Peach Dr. Luigi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all keys. In this stage, the coins form a spiral pattern, with viruses occupying most of the spaces and a purple coin, a half-frozen key and a half-frozen door included within the gaps. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The coin in the first column, the third coin in the sixth row, plus the third and last three coins in the eighth row, for a total of six coins. The last two coins in the seventh row. The rest of the coins (22).
	Stage 598	Dr. Larry Dr. Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, the viruses are all behind cages within the middle five columns, and the lock blocks are found in the middle column. Shells and exploders found in the leftmost columns and rightmost columns surrounded by colorful crates and crates. Two of the keys and doors are within partially-damaged barrels.
	Stage 599	Dr. Yoshi Dr. Kamek	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, two groups of six viruses are found in the middle three columns, one side partially surrounded by frozen ice fans and another surrounded by fully-frozen bubble machines and Brick Blocks. The leftmost and rightmost columns contain Capsule Plus while the columns beside them contain floatie viruses. The second and third Brick Blocks in the third row contain hidden floatie viruses.
	Stage 600 (Hard)	Dr. Baby Mario Dr. Daisy	The final stage is a scrolling stage that requires all colorful crates to be destroyed and all purple coins to be collected. In this stage, the Brick Blocks are in the shape of a castle, where a few colorful crates are found below. Many of the Brick Blocks contain hidden objects, which include viruses, exploders, shells, purple coins and Capsule Plus. Higher up the stage are viruses in the formation of a "V" below colorful crates, which are all below purple coins. Empty Blocks are located between the purple coins in the four topmost rows. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either exploders or Brick Blocks. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The coin in the second row (before the stage scrolls). The five coins hidden in the Brick Blocks between the flasks in the third row (before the stage scrolls). The nine coins beside and above the Empty Blocks in the four topmost rows after the stage scrolls all the way. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 9 lines are introduced. Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access World 16. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket.

Challenge stages

	Stage 15A	Dr. Dry Bowser Dr. Wario	Within a 50 second time limit, players need to collect all keys. In this stage, each of the column with keys and doors have seven viruses between them. the two leftmost columns contain half-frozen viruses in rows of two like-colored ones, while the two rightmost columns contain normal viruses in rows of two like-colored ones. The fourth and sixth columns contain like-colored viruses in a row with a column in the middle that has an exploder and barrels containing exploders, whose colors are the same as the viruses diagonally beneath them. The third column contains crates while the seventh column contains barriers. Completing this stage awards the player 500 coins.
	Stage 15B	Dr. Fire Rosalina Dr. Baby Peach	Within a 66 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses and destroy all Brick Blocks. In this stage are a lot of Brick Blocks, where the odd-numbered rows have gaps between them. Floatie viruses are within the gaps in the seventh row before the stage scrolls. Additional viruses are hidden in the Brick Blocks in the second, fourth and sixth rows, along with the rows that are revealed after the stage scrolls up twice and four times. A row of exploders is revealed after the stage scrolls up five times. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 6 lines are introduced. Completing this stage awards the player 500 coins.
	Stage 15C	Dr. Dry Bowser Dr. Dolphin	Within a 60 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, shells are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, with four of them being frozen and one of them inside a bubble. Bubble machines are covered in clouds, which can be used to cause the four highest shells to float to the row with unlocked coins. The two topmost rows contain barrels containing viruses, and below the gaps are exploders inside bubbles. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The coins in the ninth row from left to right, one coin at a time. The coins in the eighth row from right to right, one coin at a time. The coins in the seventh row from left to right, one coin at a time. The coins in the sixth row from right to right, one coin at a time. The coins in the fifth row from left to right, one coin at a time. The coins in the third row from right to right, one coin at a time. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and a Staff Ticket.

Special Stage
