Template:Levelbox NES REMIX is an event course in Super Mario Maker featuring World 1-1 and World 1-2, with the latter backwards, in a single level with slight tweaks. It was released on November 27th, 2015. The stage is based on the NES Remix series. Completing this stage unlocks a costume of Frog Mario.
Layout
This course is in the Super Mario Bros. game style and features the Ground and Underground themes. The first half of the level takes place in three-fourths of World 1-1, without the fourth pipe leading to a bonus area. The second half of the level features World 1-2 backwards, with a hidden Mystery Mushroom costume of Luigi, a reference to the Super Luigi Bros. mode from NES Remix 2. The lifts are now placed on tracks, and the Warp Zone now leads to a secret area with a Mystery Mushroom costume of Frog Mario, the unlockable costume for the course, with a P-Switch to cross over a gap that spells REMIX. If the player does not enter the Warp Zone, the last portion of World 1-1 is present.
