The Wilt Shroom is a Mushroom that appears in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It is a wilted mushroom that has become weak due to lack of water and has dried up. It recovers 10 HP to an ally. It is given to Mario by either Grate Guy or Knife Guy as a reward when playing their respective games.
Its successor is the very similar Dried Shroom (which has the same Japanese name as the Wilt Shroom) in the Paper Mario series.
