Fireballs are walking fireballs that wear sunglasses. They make their appearance in Donkey Kong 64. They only appear in Crystal Caves as part of one of Chunky Kong's Golden Banana missions. The rabbit Lanky Kong raced in Fungi Forest was tied to a TNT Barrel. These fireballs walk toward the barrel, trying to light the fuse. It takes 5 fireballs to come in contact with the barrel to blow it up. When they're about to blow up, they let out a small, high-pitched cackle. Chunky had a time limit to keep these fireballs from lighting the fuse. Dispite being made of fire, they can be destroyed by physical attacks. After the time is up, and the rabbit is safe, Chunky gets a golden banana.
