Question

How do you know what the timestamp to put in for the new stub template is? Is it to do with what revision it is, or time of day? Yoshi876 (talk)

Just use {{SUBST:New stub}} and it automatically creates a timestamp giving the stub one week from that moment. As long as the template's placed on the stub the same day, that's all that needs to be done: the specific hour and minute don't matter. - Walkazo 20:37, 20 December 2013 (EST)

Proposal

Whilst I'm not sure it's spam, it could just be a link to their personal website, as seen by the web blog. Though it is very odd that a lot of accounts are being created with names that could be actual names and so there may be a connection. Yoshi876 (talk)

@anon: Thanks for the heads-up. It was their own talk page that they created so they indeed haven't broken any rules, but we'll keep an eye on the account to make sure it doesn't start spamming. - Walkazo 18:36, 2 January 2014 (EST)

i speak french the website is in french and it is advertizing e cigarets which are just as bad for your helth as real cigarets they are trying to advertize a product that is bad for you
