- “That's a Zombie Shroom. It is an evil shroom monster that comes out of ? Blocks... Max HP is 1. Attack is 2. It can move very fast in a limited area... But it has low HP, so you can take it out...”
- —Tippi, Super Paper Mario
Template:Catch Card A Zombie Shroom is an enemy debuting in Super Paper Mario. Sometimes Mario, Peach, Bowser or Luigi will find a Mushroom or a relative item in a ? Block that instead immediately turns into this fast-moving fungus, targeting the hero and dealing 2 damage with each hit. They have low HP – one jump will finish it off. It has a stronger cousin called a Ghoul Shroom.
Zombie Shrooms, like Poison Mushrooms, are purple-colored.
