No Koopa is a board item from Mario Party. No Koopa appears to be a sign with a silhouette of a Koopa Troopa crossed through with a red line. After completing Party Mode, it can be purchased at the Mushroom Shop for 500 coins. When this item is active, Koopa Troopa will not be present on the board during gameplay. This means that players crossing the start line will not be awarded coins. However, No Koopa does not work on Eternal Star, as Koopa Troopa does not appear on that board. A similar item called No Boo is also available to purchase from the Mushroom Shop.
