Above it is a Turn Block which will release a vine, which leads to a floating platform with a [[starman]]. Donut Secret 2, also referred to as Donut Underground,[1] is the second secret Donut Plains level in Super Mario World, accessible via Warp Pipes after completing Donut Secret House, located atop a cliff overlooking the Valley of Bowser. It takes place inside a slippery ice cave, with many hazardous pits to fall into.

Donut Secret 2 is one of the two full icy levels in the game, with the other being Awesome in the Special Zone.

Layout[edit]

The player is given 300 seconds to complete the level, and it contains five Dragon Coins.

The icy cave is full of slippery surfaces that make it easier to fall down a pit. The first ? Block seen on the ground releases a Control Coin when struck, with a green Koopa Troopa nearby. Ahead of it is a Jumping Board, with a Rotating Block above it containing a Beanstalk that leads to a floating platform with a Super Star. Beyond these items are a few Spike Tops and a set of Warp Pipes with Munchers in between; the green pipe on the ceiling past them takes Mario or Luigi to a Coin Heaven outside. The area contains a large pit and is populated by Flimsy Lifts and Jumping Piranha Plants; the Power Balloon found here can be used to collect the coins floating above the platforms. The exit pipe deposits Mario or Luigi a screen or two ahead of the area's entrance.

A red Koopa Paratroopa and three Spike Tops are encountered past the green pipe, along with another green Koopa Troopa and more Spike Tops to the right of the yellow pipe. If Mario or Luigi are able to reach this section with a Super Star active, one of the blocks will contain a second Super Star instead of a coin. Eight more red Koopa Paratroopas fly vertically up and down near a green pipe, after which the Giant Gate can be found.
