Blue Diamonds,[1] also known as Big Jewels,[2] are items in Luigi's Mansion and its remake. There are a few times where Luigi finds these treasures in Treasure Chests with two Gold Bars after capturing an optional portrait ghost. Each Blue Diamond is worth 2,000,000G, and there are five to collect.

In The Hidden Mansion mode of European and Oceanic releases and of the Nintendo 3DS version, Speedy Spirits and Gold Mice always drop a Blue Diamond when defeated, increasing the total number to 30. It is not possible to get an A rank in European and Oceanic releases without going into The Hidden Mansion and collecting some of the Blue Diamonds, as the requirement for an A rank in the PAL versions is 150,000,000G (as opposed to 100,000,000G in other versions of the game) and the maximum possible amount to get in the normal mansion alone is 142,390,000G.
