The blue viruses win and push the pink antibodies away when the player loses the microgame. The blue viruses lose and get pushed away by the pink antibodies when the player wins the microgame. The conflict pauses for speed increases and for Boss Stages. If the player gets a Game Over, Dr. Crygor slumps over while the blue viruses fill up the Touch Screen, presumably indicating the Super-Special Tummy Tonic could not stop the pain.
