Wonder Anglefish[1] are variants of Anglefish in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They only appear during the Wonder Effects of the courses The Anglefish Trial: Ready, Aim, Fly!, The Final Battle! Bowser's Rage Stage, and The Final Test Wonder Gauntlet. Wonder Anglefish look similar to their ordinary counterparts, although their triangles change color constantly. They also leave behind a glowing color-changing trail behind them. Wonder Anglefish leap from off-screen and can also fly horizontally. Players that jump on them will get a bigger boost than normal.
