Togemen are enemies in Wario Land II. These short purple creatures (described as "spiked beetles" by Nintendo Power)[1] have white limbs and wear a purple mask-like shell covered in spikes. When a Togemen is approached by Wario, it begins to jump in his direction, trying to harm him, and it can damage Wario if he touches its spikes. A Togemen can be stunned if Wario attacks either their weak undersides or their unprotected back, and another attack or a thrown enemy will defeat the Togemen.
