The Green Potion is a special item in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is found within a lab in the X-Naut Fortress. It is used in conjunction with the Blue Potion, Red Potion, and Yellow Potion to create a potion to turn Princess Peach invisible, allowing her to sneak into Grodus's room and steal the Data Disk for information that TEC requires. After Peach turns invisible, the Green Potion can be used to return Peach to normal.
