Super Paper Mario description | An odd-tasting muffin. Fills 20 HP and cures poison. |
A Sap Muffin is a recipe found in Super Paper Mario made by Dyllis. It is a muffin that replenishes 20 HP and cures Poison. It is made by combining a Sap Soup with a Cake Mix or a Big Egg. It is highly recommended that it is made, as it restores more HP than the two ingredients do individually.
