Chicken! is a Duel minigame found in Mario Party Advance. Its name refers to the real-life game of chicken, a game that involves lasting for as long as possible without yielding to another player.
In the Shroom City mode, this minigame is played against Mouser when the player arrives at the third and final floor of Duel Tower.
Introduction[edit]
Both players move out of the way as a Thwomp slams to the ground between them.
Gameplay[edit]
Both players try to stay under the Thwomp for as long as they can, but they must also avoid being squished by it. Both players can tell how far the Thwomp has fallen by how large the shadow that appears in the center of the tower is. The players can attempt to fake the opponent out by walking out of the shadow and going back in. If one player flees, the other has a chance to get out to win. Victory goes to whoever is not flattened by the Thwomp or is the one who stays under longer. If both players are flattened, the match is a draw.
