Li'l Cutout Soldiers are small black papery enemies that appear in Paper Mario: The Origami King. They were created by Scissors, and only appear in Bowser's Castle after Olivia and Bowser's minions are captured by Handaconda. In battle, Li'l Cutout Soldiers cannot be slid up or down.
