|align=left|This stage introduces Flasks, which shoots out random objects at empty spaces if a capsule landed without making a match. The random objects vary by stage, so in this stage for example, the random objects could be viruses or Exploders. Moreover, larger Flasks shoot out more objects compared to the smaller ones. Each empty Flask will fully fill after 5 capsule landings. The objective of this stage is to clear all the viruses, including any that appear from the Flask.

The stage's Brick Blocks and Empty Blocks are arranged like a staircase. Certain Brick Blocks have hidden viruses. The filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses, exploders or Brick Blocks.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
The capsule amount is increased from 25 to 30 since version 2.1.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.
* Capsule count is increased from 41 to 45.
* Exploders are added directly above the keys, replacing crates.
* The virus on the top-left is changed to a Floatie Virus while the virus directly below it, originally a Floatie Virus, is changed to a regular virus.
* Additional viruses are added directly above the bottom-most row of boxes.
* The bottom-most row of crates now require two matches to clear instead of three.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 7 lines are introduced.

Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was used for stage 335, but no other changes were made since. The following changes were made previously on this stage prior to version 2.0.0:
* Capsule amount is reduced from 49 to 39.
* This stage is extended from scrolling 5 lines to 7 lines, and the entire stage is shifted one row above. A row of Empty Blocks is added to the topmost row.
* In the beginning, the viruses in the third, fourth, sixth and seventh columns are no longer shrouded in clouds.
* In the beginning, extra viruses shrouded in clouds are added in the third row on the leftmost and rightmost columns.
* The floatie viruses inside bubbles found in the middle three columns are changed to regular viruses (still inside bubbles).
* An additional virus in bubble is added after the stage scrolls up twice.
* The viruses in the topmost row at third and seventh columns after the stage scrolls up thrice are changed to floatie viruses.

Prior to version 1.2.0 (before being reassigned), light-blue viruses appear in this stage instead of blue viruses, despite the fact that the icon shows blue viruses even before the update.

Dr. Rosalina

Starting with 35 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (24), including any that appear from flasks.

This stage introduces flasks, which shoots out random objects at empty spaces if a capsule landed without making a match. The random objects vary by stage, so in this stage for example, the random objects could be viruses or exploders. Moreover, larger flasks shoot out more objects compared to the smaller flasks. Each empty flask will fully fill after 5 capsule landings.

Starting with 30 capsules, the objective of this stage is to find all coins from Coin Blocks (12).

The necessary coins are found in one Brick Block on each row of Brick Blocks or crates. Other Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses. Frozen flasks will not fill up until it is cleared of ice. The filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses or shells.

The capsule amount is increased from 26 to 30 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Starting with 30 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (12), including any that appear from flasks.

The stage's Brick Blocks and Empty Blocks are arranged like a staircase. Certain Brick Blocks have hidden viruses. The filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses, exploders or Brick Blocks.

The capsule amount is increased from 25 to 30 since version 2.1.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Starting with 40 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (31) and collect all purple coins (20).

Cages are also featured in this stage, in which the red lock blocks unlocks the middle ring of cages, the yellow lock block unlocks the outer ring of cages and the blue lock block unlocks the inner ring of cages. Two exploders appear in the middle ring. Pop cannons are found within the leftmost and rightmost cages in row #8.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

 1. The 8 coins initially locked behind red cages.
 2. The 8 coins initially locked behind blue cages.
 3. The 4 coins initially locked behind yellow cages.

The capsule amount is increased from 36 to 40 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

 • The contents of the leftmost and rightmost cages in row #8 are changed from viruses to pop cannons.

Starting with 34 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (15) and collect all the purple coins (35).

In this stage, there is a square of Brick Blocks and nine shells. Clearing the shells will reveal that the Brick Blocks hide caged coins surrounding hidden viruses. The Brick Blocks in the top two rows contain either viruses, floatie viruses or purple coins (either caged or uncaged).

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

 1. The 5 coins in row #1 (all hidden in Brick Blocks).
 2. The first two coins in row #6, the first coin in row #7 and the all the coins in rows #8 and #9, for a total of 9 coins (all hidden in Brick Blocks).
 3. The first two coins in row #4, the first coin in row #5 and the rest of the coins in rows #6 and #7, for total of 9 coins (all hidden in Brick Blocks).
 4. The coins in rows #2 and #3 and the rest of the coins in row #4 and #5, for a total of 12 coins (all hidden in Brick Blocks).

Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

 • Capsule amount is reduced from 38 to 34.
 • Two additional shells are added to the first two rows in the rightmost column. Additionally, the shells in the rightmost column come in three colors.

Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

 • The overall stage layout is vertically mirrored, and the shells are like-colored again. This allows the shells to hit each row twice instead of once as they start from the left.
 • The contents of the Brick Blocks that contain viruses are changed to floatie viruses.
