I have some rules on my talk page as listed below: This is an archive of past discussions. It is kept for historical reference only. If this page is unprotected, do not edit the contents. If you wish to start a new discussion or revive an old one, please do so on the current talk page. Don't go replacing content with a negative message like: I HATE YOU! If you're sending a friend request you must also put the reason of why we should be friends. All new messages must go at the bottom of the page, you can do this by pressing the + icon next to the edit icon. Don't talk to me about things that you know will hardly interest me. Don't blank my talk page. Don't Spam. (That's obvious) Unless you know me in person (which is unlikely) don't wish me a Happy Birthday or Merry Christmas and also don't call me by my real name. Don't make conclusive spelling errors on my talk page. Don't put false block or warning templates on my talk page. Please paragraph you sentences I don't like them right next to my messages and it gets really boring having to do it myself. Once THIS talkpage reaches 50 sections, don't edit it I'll archive it others may vary though. Everything else is completely acceptable so message me anything you want. Sticker Star had no original characters or story because Miyamoto ordered the devs not too add it (http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2012/11/latest_iwata_asks_episode_reveals_why_paper_mario_sticker_star_abandoned_rpg_elements). Dream Team was likely ordered the same thing but Alpha Dream fought back and argued a lot with Nintendo higher ups (http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=67599871postcount=1). And Paper Jam had no original characters at all. It seems that Paper Mario Color Splash is following this trend. Mario JC Bosses It's still a vague line between what constitutes as each other, and some "mini-bosses" also have "phases" as well (I'm thinking about the Commander Shroob one and the Mrs. Thwomp one), which is also hard to tell. The music in the game doesn't differentiate between one another, which is the biggest indicator whether the boss is a mini-boss or area boss. There already has been much debate and edit-warring over this, so I say it's better to just leave it under a general "bosses" title and forget bringing what exactly constitutes as a "mini-boss" out of the picture. Regarding that one edit, just don't add info if you're unsure if it's true or not, especially if you've never played the game. And also, someone mentioned this already, but if a new user makes a mistake they didn't know about (like not marking edits as minor), you should at least tell the user what they did wrong first before slapping a reminder/warning on their talk page. I should remind you that you've been doing something similar as well, marking a majority of your non-minor edits as "minor" that could just as easily get you a reminder (I suggest going over what edits are considered minor here). Mario JC If there's one thing you should improve upon, though, it's the way you sometimes structure your sentences. By that I mean you cram too many clauses into one long sentence, and usually end up with what are called run-on sentences. Try and separate them appropriately and occasionally, preferably with commas, or even into separate sentences (You can take a look at some of the changes I did). And also try to avoid language you'd usually use in informal text, like contractions (avoid "it's", use "it is") and colloquialisms (like "guy" and "heaps"). I believe that admins will apply it themselves after blocking a user, but others are allowed to do so if the admin forgot and/or if it's important to know someone has been temporarily/permanently blocked. I've done it myself several times and wasn't told anything.
