A Courage Meal is one of Zess T.'s recipes in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is made from a Courage Shell and a Zess Deluxe, Zess Dinner or Zess Special. The dish looks like the dinner portion made hard as rock, and put into the Courage Shell. If used in battle, Mario or his ally throws it at an enemy, dealing 4 HP worth of damage.
