It's made by cooking up a Koopa Leaf (or Turtley Leaf in the 2 sequels) with Dried Pasta (Paper Mario), Fresh Pasta (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door), Spaghetti (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door) or some Fresh Pasta Bunch (Super Paper Mario)
