A piano also appeared in Luigi's Mansion, namely in the Conservatory. Melody Pianissima played a song on it, and Luigi had to guess which one. However, this piano is a regular piano and is not a Mad Piano.
A Mad Piano possibly appears in Mario Party 8 in King Boo's Haunted Hideaway, playing the Super Mario Bros. underground theme.
