The Koopinator.
The Koopinator, also known as the Razor Blade Brigadier, is a Dark Koopatrol that fights in the Glitz Pit in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He was impressed as Mario got up to the ranks in the Glitz Pit and couldn't wait to battle him. When the time came to fight Mario, now the Great Gonzales, needless to say, he got whooped. He has an interesting fighting code and says battle information. If beaten he will have a huge grudge against Mario.

- Tattle: That's the Koopinator. He definitely looks tough. When we fight against him, it'd be a good idea to have a strategy from the get-go.
