A Super Shroom.
A Super Shroom is a basic healing item found in both Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The Mushroom heals 10 HP for one party member. It is separated from other Mushrooms by having a blue cap. Use it to make Life Shrooms with the basic items. They can be bought in Harry's Shop, Boo's Mansion, Yoshi Village, Shiver City, Star Haven, Rip Cheato, and Bowser's Castle. They're left by White Li'l Oinks.
Super Shrooms also come out of some ? Blocks in Super Paper Mario and restore twenty HP.
New Super Mario Bros. features a similar colored Mushroom but it is a Mini Mushroom.
