A Meteor Meal is a meal made by Zess T. in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It restores 7 HP and and an additional 2 HP every turn in battle for two turns. If used outside of battle, it simply restores 7 HP. It is made by mixing a Shooting Star with a Shroom Fry.
Also after taking on Eve's trouble she will reward Mario with one Meteor Meal.
In Super Paper Mario, Saffron can make a Meteor Meal from a Shooting Star alone. In this game, it damages enemies.
