Ray of Fright is a 1-vs.-3 minigame in Mario Party 6.
Overview[edit]
The minigame opens with the solo player firing lasers from a laser cannon that bounce off the walls, surprising the team players.
The team players must evade the solo player's attempts to blast them with light lasers. The lasers last for a very brief amount of time before disappearing, but can ricochet off the surrounding walls. The solo player can rotate their laser cannon, allowing them to attack from different angles. If a team player is hit by a laser or touches a glowing end of the cannon, they are eliminated. The solo player wins if they eliminate the other three players, but, if the time limit of 30 seconds expires and at least one of the team players remain, the team players will win instead.
