The difference between day and night is when the balloon blow up. Bubbles comes out of the balloon at daytime and Stars comes out of the balloon at nightime.

The goal of the minigame is for one side to pop their balloon by inflating it. The group players work together by [[Ground Pound|ground-pound]]ing their pumps to inflate and eventually pop their balloon, while the solo player must repeatedly hammer their pump to pop theirs. The group players can pump more air in their balloon if they ground-pound from the highest point of their [[jump]]. The side that pops its balloon first wins. If both sides pop their balloons simultaneously or if five minutes pass, the minigame ends in a tie.

Pop Star is a 1-vs.-3 minigame in Mario Party 6.

Overview[edit]

The introduction shows the team and the solo player each inflating their balloons slightly.

The goal of the minigame is for one side to pop their balloon by inflating it. The group players work together by ground-pounding their pumps to inflate and eventually pop their balloon, while the solo player must repeatedly hammer their pump to pop theirs.
