The whole point of the game is for the players pop their balloons faster, whoever does this first, wins. The 3 players work together to pop their balloon by ground pounding with double {{button|gcn|A}} on some pumps. While the other player tries to pop his\her balloon by hammering on a pump by repeatedly pressing {{button|gcn|A}}.
The introduction shows the team and the solo player each inflating their balloons slightly.

The group players can pump more air in their balloon if they ground-pound from the highest point of their [[jump]]. The side that pops its balloon first wins. If both sides pop their balloons simultaneously or if five minutes pass, the minigame ends in a tie.

Pop Star is a 1-vs.-3 minigame in Mario Party 6.

Overview[edit]

The introduction shows the team and the solo player each inflating their balloons slightly.
