The objective is for the player to launch themselves as far as possible by using a giant slingshot. The player builds power by tapping the {{button|gba|A}} and {{button|gba|B}} buttons repeatedly for five seconds. The faster the player presses the buttons during the time, the farther they will go. As the player is flying, they can press Up and Down on the Control Pad in order to either fly higher or dive down. Updrafts also appear; vertically facing ones send the player higher, and horizontal ones send the player farther. The farther the player flies, the more [[point]]s they earn.

Flingshot is a single-player minigame that appears in Mario Party Advance. The name is a portmanteau of the words "fling" and "slingshot."

Gameplay

The objective is for the player to launch themselves as far as possible by using a giant slingshot. The player builds power by tapping the A Button and B Button buttons repeatedly for five seconds. The faster the player presses the buttons during the time, the farther they will go. As the player is flying, they can press Up and Down on the Control Pad in order to either fly higher or dive down.
