Teams attempt to power up the docks on their sides of the area by filling their energy meters, which is done by spinning the turbines with wind created by waving fans in front of them. To create a breeze, the players must alternately press {{button|gcn|L}} and {{button|gcn|R}}. The meters are shared between the teams, but they fill up from opposite sides. The team that powers up the bay on its side first wins the minigame.
