Universal Fan Fest Nights is an event taking place at Universal Studios Hollywood on select nights from April 25 to May 18, 2025. It is similar to Universal's Universal Studios Hollywood#Halloween Horror Nights event, but is instead themed around various licenses that the theme park holds. At Super Nintendo World, some Yoshi-themed experiences were set up for the event, including his introduction as a meet-and-greet character.

Bakuso King Dojo is a series of pages on the official Japanese website of Mario Kart Arcade GP DX. In each episode, the owner of the eponymous dojo Master Tetsu or his daughter Maki teach apprentices Yūji and Fukusuke techniques in the game to win in the National Battle mode.

Twelve episodes were released from August 7 to December 24, 2014; four special episodes were later released from May 1 to December 15, 2015.

Two Mario Kart Arcade GP DX players, Yūji and Fukusuke, arrive at the Bakuso King Dojo to become new students. While Yūji is excited, Fukusuke is sleepy as Yūji woke him up early. They then meet Master Tetsu, who introduces the dojo as a place for players that want to win in the National Battle mode and eventually reach rank 20, and explains that he will give them thorough training to reach the goal. Master Tetsu then asks the two to introduce themselves. Yūji reveals that he is rank 1, and Fukusuke (who fell asleep during Tetsu's explanation) says that he is rank 9, which the master does not believe. Master Tetsu decides to start with the most basic move: the Jump Drift, and asks Yūji to perform it. After Yūji performs the move and Tetsu congratulates him, Fukusuke points out that the kart will stop by pressing on the brakes, to which the master replies by explaining that, when pressing the brake pedal for a bit, the kart will jump. Afterwards, Master Tetsu asks to the apprentices the advantages of the Jump Drift, and they state that it can be used to turn curves smoothly, with Tetsu further explaining that it can also be used for a temporary shield. Master Tetsu then surprises the two by revealing that a new feature has been added in the latest version, being the Drift Boost. However, he suddenly remembers that he has another lesson and says that he will teach it the next time. As Tetsu says farewell to his students, Yūji is left anxious to know about the move.

The following Yoshi-themed merchandise and food is sold during the event.

After Yūji and Fukusuke remind Master Tetsu about what he said at the end of last lesson, Tetsu begins to explains to the two the Drift Boost move. During the explanation, the appretices remain shocked by the amount of speed gained by performing the move. After Master Tetsu finishes explaining it, Yūji asks the master about which courses they can practice the move on, and Tetsu recommends Splash Circuit and Bon Dance Street due to their big turns. Before Yūji and Fukusuke go to the store to practice, Fukusuke asks Master Tetsu for some money needed to do it, and Tetsu quickly leaves the situation to Yūji much to his dismay.

BYGGIS was a Swedish toy company that produced sets of buildable blocks. In 1992, a series of eight sets based on the Super Mario franchise were released in Europe, including one board game.

Fukusuke tells Master Tetsu that yesterday he got a new kart, the Country Winner, which he misspells as "Country Wiener". After Tetsu corrects the mistake, he says that he will explain the characters' and karts' stats. He begins by explaining the four character types and their stats. Afterwards, he explains how a kart can increase the stats of a character. Lastly, he points out the air and water specialization for some karts, using the Road Jetter and Marine Diver as examples. After the explanation, Yūji states that he will pick a water specialized kart for Tropical Coast, while Fukusuke picks the Country Winner with Donkey Kong for its speed. As Yūji asks Fukusuke for advice on a kart with high handling, Master Tetsu tells both to try their picks and practice.
