Nana's Room is a room in Area Three of the mansion in Luigi's Mansion and its remake. From left to right, the room has a spinning wheel, Nana's chair, a wall-height bookshelf, a bowl of yarn on a stand, a long table with two easy chairs, a tall cabinet and a sewing machine. A single chandelier is the only source of light in the room. A Speedy Spirit is hidden in the chair closest to the east wall. Nana has to be caught by Luigi for the room to light up and the key to The Twins' Room to appear. In the blackout, five Purple Punchers are encountered here.

If Luigi interacts with the books on the shelf, he can find a moldy old journal. Reading it provides a hint on how to expose Miss Petunia's heart:

What a hilarious trick I played on Miss Petunia today! She jumped into the bathtub after I filled it with ice from the freezer! She actually started shiverin' pretty badly, and I felt a bit guilty for a second... But Miss Petunia is made of solid stuff! She took a hot shower and felt like new again! Once she'd warmed up, she wasn't even that mad! (Nana)
