The Sitting Room is an optional room in Area Four of the mansion in Luigi's Mansion and its remake. The table has a constantly lit candle on it, a source of Fire Elemental Ghosts, and is surrounded by an easy chair and a sofa around it. Meanwhile, a small drawer in the southwest corner has a vase that is a source of Water Elemental Ghosts. A plant in the northwest corner can be watered for a Gold Bar.

When Luigi enters the Sitting Room, the door seals behind him. He can use a Fire Elemental Ghost to light some sconces on the north wall of the room, causing five Gold Ghosts and two Temper Terrors to appear. The doors become unsealed once the ghosts have been caught.

In the PAL Hidden Mansion, the Sitting Room has two Temper Terrors and three red Ghost Guys.
