Description | |
"A panel recovered from Sidesteppers. Put it back where it goes!" | |
First appearance | Paper Mario: The Origami King (2020) |
The Groovier Panel is a special item in Paper Mario: The Origami King. It is found in the Water Vellumental Shrine, and is used to solve the 3×3 tile puzzle on the east side of the temple. Due to this missing panel, the puzzle cannot be completed. Mario must hammer the crack in the northwest corner of the room and explore the cavern.
In the center of the easternmost room is the panel. Mario is able to pick it up without a problem. However, immediately after he does so, several Sidesteppers appear - these Sidesteppers are presumed to be the ones who have stolen the panel.
Once the Sidesteppers are defeated, Mario can collect the panel and bring it back the riddle room. He may then insert it into the grid, allowing him to complete the puzzle. The Groovy Panel is found earlier on in the temple, and serves a similar purpose. This tile is used to solve the 2×2 puzzle on the west side.
