A Balloon Bully,[1] or Mr Clown,[2] is a character found in Yoshi's Story. Despite "bully" being in its name, it is a helpful creature. Balloon Bullies are large blue balloons, which are found in mechanical crates or ? Bubbles. Three of them are found in the game: two in Surprise!! and one in the Lift Castle.
